Tis the season for New Year Resolutions!! So, I thought it would be perfect to give you a gift of at home workouts!! These workouts are only 12 mins!! Yes! 12 mins! Anyone can find time for 12 mins.
Before you write these workout off already because of the time, believe me, when you are done you will feel like you worked out 30 mins! Why is that you ask?….. It is all in how you do the work out! These are called HIIT workouts High Intensity Interval Training. Here is how it works: You do 6 exercises for 3 reps. You do your 1st exercise for 20 secs as hard as you can, then rest for 20sec. You do that exercise 3 times, and then do the next one. Tabatatimer.com is a great timer system to set up your workout! When you do these short burst of exercise at high intensity you send burst of oxygen through your body and this oxygen is what helps your body burn fat for 24 to 48 hrs!!
That is the kind of workout I am talking about!!!
