Clean Christmas Cookie Exchange

On Wednesday night, a few ladies and I had a Clean Christmas Cookie Exchange!  It was a great time!!  There is just something about getting together with other like minded woman! We talked about our recipes and our oops!  Including my dog eating 4 doz of my cookies:((  We talked about what we were doing nutrition wise to stay healthy through the holidays.  We encouraged each other and lifted each other up! It really was a great time!

You see, I believe we need nights like that to stay encouraged in our health journey!  There is so many temptations and opportunities to not eat healthy we need time of building each other up and encouraging each opower hourther!! However, I don’t just want that once a year at a cookie exchange!! So, I decided for the month of January to meet weekly with whoever wants to meet, to talk nutrition, work on meal plans and of course workout!!  Who wants to join me??? If you are seriously interested comment below or shoot me an email!!

Anyways….
